  1、 Project overview

  Jiaozuo Yuanbo Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 1988, formerly known as Jiaozuo Julong water purification materials Co., Ltd., and renamed Jiaozuo Yuanbo Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. in 2012. It is located in Sanyang Industrial Zone, Wuzhi County, at the southwest corner of the intersection of s235 and S104, adjacent to s235 Provincial Road in the East. Covering an area of nearly 40000 square meters, the company has 25 employees, working 240 days a year, 24 hours a day, and three shifts. At present, the company has constructed and operated one production line of PFS water purifying agent with an annual output of 60000 tons, one production line of polyaluminum chloride and one production line of ferric chloride. The project conforms to the relevant national industrial policies.

  During the operation period of the project, the sulfuric acid mist produced in the mixing and dissolving process and reaction process of the PFS production line is absorbed by water spraying and discharged through a 15m high exhaust funnel; the drying waste gas produced in the drying process of the PFS production line and polyaluminum chloride production line is absorbed by water spraying and discharged through a 15m high exhaust funnel; the hydrochloric acid mist produced in the FeCl 3 production line is absorbed by water spraying and discharged through a 15m high exhaust funnel Discharge through 15m high exhaust pipe.

  During the project operation period, the waste water generated by water spray absorption and acid mist treatment is used for recycling. It is regularly recycled to the batching process, and the waste water generated by drying waste gas is recycled. It can be used as a liquid product of polymerized ferric sulfate and polyaluminium chloride. After spraying and drying, polyferric sulfate and polyaluminum chloride solid products are obtained.   During the project operation period, the noise generated by circulating pump, pump, mixing pump, spray drying equipment, filter press and induced draft fan is operated by means of basic shock absorption, factory noise insulation and distance attenuation.

  During the operation period of the project, the sediment and filter residue produced by the homogenizing tank and filter press of liquid finished products, and the waste woven bags produced during the packaging of raw materials and finished products belong to hazardous waste, which is temporarily stored in the hazardous waste temporary storage room of the plant and regularly entrusted to a qualified unit for disposal; the office and domestic waste of employees is sent to the local domestic waste treatment plant for sanitary landfill.

  Through field investigation and monitoring, all waste gases can meet the requirements of class II standard limit in Table 2 of integrated emission standard of air pollutants (GB16297-1996), and discharge up to standard; waste water is not discharged; daytime and nighttime noise values of each factory boundary can meet the requirements of class II and class IV standard in emission standard of industrial enterprise boundary environmental noise (gb12348-2008); all solid wastes are comprehensively utilized. The existing environmental protection measures of the project are effective and feasible.
